Christian Antonee Limited is the "data controller" for the personal information you provide in connection with the Strong Back Blueprint, our 4-week online coaching programme ("the Programme"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
1. The information we collect
Personal details: name, email address, phone number, contact preferences.
Health, fitness and background information you choose to share: health history, exercise experience, current fitness level, lifestyle habits, relevant medical considerations, and training or dietary preferences. This is special category (health) data — see section 3.
Progress data from check-ins, assessments, coaching sessions and progress tracking (e.g. feedback, measurements, energy levels, lifestyle updates).
Communication data: messages via email, online forms (e.g. Tally), WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and other tools used during the Programme.
We collect only what we need to deliver effective coaching and support.
2. How we use your information
To deliver personalised coaching, training and lifestyle support; design and adjust your programme; monitor progress and make recommendations; improve our services; and (with your consent) send you resources, updates and offers. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Our lawful bases
Contractual necessity — to provide the coaching services you have purchased.
Explicit consent — health information is "special category" data under Article 9 of the UK GDPR, which we process only on the basis of your explicit consent. We also rely on consent for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests — to keep client records, improve our services and communicate effectively, balanced against your rights.
4. Service providers and international transfers
To run the Programme we use trusted third-party providers that process data on our behalf as our "processors", which may include providers for: our website, email and CRM (e.g. Systeme.io); programme delivery (e.g. Fitsly); forms (e.g. Tally); video calls (e.g. Zoom); and messaging (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook / Meta Messenger).
Some providers may store or process data outside the UK / EEA. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum). We share your data with these providers only to the extent needed to deliver the Programme, and we do not sell or rent it.
» Update this list so it matches the exact tools you actually use.
5. How we store and keep your information
Your data is stored securely using password-protected systems and encrypted, cloud-based platforms. We keep it for the duration of the Programme plus up to 24 months afterwards for administrative, progress-tracking and follow-up purposes, after which it is permanently deleted — unless you choose to remain on our mailing list or continue working with us.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data; to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected; to have your data deleted; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@christianantonee.com. We respond within one month.
7. Marketing
With your consent we may send you resources, updates and offers. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
8. Children
The Programme and website are intended for adults aged 18 and over and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Data breaches
We take the security of your data seriously and have measures in place to protect it. Where a breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the ICO, and you where required, in line with our legal obligations.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available, and we will communicate material changes where appropriate.
11. Complaints
If you have concerns about how we handle your data, please contact us first at info@christianantonee.com or write to the postal address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
