A Workshop for those struggling with lower back disc bulges/herniations...

WAKE UP WITH LESS PAIN &

BETTER MOVEMENT IN JUST 7-DAYS

If the frustration and exhaustion from disc pain and broken sleep is too much…this workshop will literally give you your life back.

Most people living with back pain feel stuck in the same cycle of painful mornings, restricted movement, and flare-ups come out of nowhere. Maybe you’ve tried massage, stretching, or even endless physio sessions — but the results are short-lived.

This 7-Day Back Pain Workshop is different. Instead of chasing symptoms, we rebuild the foundations — movement, sleep, stress, and lifestyle factors — through simple daily actions that actually fit into your life. In just one week, you’ll learn how to break the pain cycle, regain control, and start moving with less fear and more freedom.

What You’ll Gain

From This Workshop...

This isn’t just about information — it’s about practical tools that help you rebuild trust in your body and feel like yourself again. As your coach, I’ll be here to support you and answer your questions to help you:

IMPROVE YOUR SLEEP

No more restless tossing, no more waking up with restricted and painful movement. Instead, start your day calmer, clearer, and more in control of your body.

TRUST YOUR BODY AGAIN

Imagine bending, lifting, and just getting on with your day without that constant fear of pain holding you back. No more hesitation, no more second-guessing your movements — just the freedom to be present, active, and confident in your own body again

REBUILD LASTING ENERGY

So you’re not counting the minutes until the day is over. Long hours, constant strain, and the weight of daily routines leave you feeling drained. But rebuilding strength isn’t just about muscles — it’s about having the energy to get through your day, the resilience to move without fear of flare-ups, and the confidence to know your back can keep up with your life.

ENJOY A FULLY ACTIVE LIFE

Reduce pain and stiffness allowing you the freedom to live a fully active life and get back to doing the things you love so you can stay strong and in-shape, for yourself the those who depend on you

Not All Back Pain Is the Same —

And Neither Is the Solution

Most people think back pain is just “back pain.” But the truth is, there are many different types — and each one needs its own approach. The exercises, stretches, or treatments that help someone with a simple muscle strain may do very little for someone dealing with disc-related pain, and in some cases can even make things worse. That’s why so many people get stuck relying on generic advice that never seems to last. The key to real relief is understanding the cause of your pain and following a plan that’s specific to your body, your triggers, and your daily life.

The Stages of Disc Herniation

Disc herniation develops in stages. It starts with a bulge, where the disc pushes outward and causes stiffness or flare-ups. As it worsens into a prolapse, the disc may press on nerves, triggering sharper pain, tingling, or weakness. In extrusion, the inner material breaks through the outer wall, often leading to intense nerve pain or numbness. Finally, sequestration occurs when fragments break away and irritate nerves, sometimes causing severe pain — though even then, recovery is possible with the right plan.

How Does It Work?

Inside The Workshop...

Daily Bite-Sized Coaching

Each day brings a short, focused video on one essential topic. You’ll learn what matters most — from safe movement to better sleep — with guidance delivered in 3-5 minute videos you can watch on your schedule. No fluff, no overwhelm. Just clarity, insight, and a clear next step.

Realistic Lifestyle Shifts

Break the cycle of back pain and poor sleep — without overhauling your entire routine. This workshop is built for busy, health-conscious people who want relief that works in the real world. No long rehab sessions. No rigid routines. Just small, strategic changes that work with your lifestyle — not against it.

Simple Actions - Real Progress

What you learn, you’ll apply — right away. Every video comes with one or two easy, effective action steps. These daily tasks are designed to be practical and manageable, helping you reduce pain, improve sleep, and rebuild confidence in your body — one small win at a time.

You’re Not Alone

You’ll get daily coaching — not generic advice. Inside the private group you’ll be supported by others going through the same thing — and and as an osteopath and coach who’s helped hundreds of others overcome disc-related back pain, I’ll be on-hand to support you every day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is it free?

Because I want you to experience what’s possible before you ever think about committing to anything long-term. Too many people waste time and money chasing quick fixes that don’t last. This workshop is designed to give you real, practical wins straight away — at no cost — so you can see for yourself if this approach works for you. Then if you'd like to continue your journey inside the full Back In Motion program, we can explore whether that would be a good fit for you.

Is it live or pre-recorded?

It’s a mix of both. You’ll get daily sessions that are pre-recorded, so you can watch them whenever it fits into your day — no stress about missing anything. Alongside that you can to connect live for support, questions, and to discuss anything that comes to mind as we progress through the week.

How do I know if this is for me?

If you can answer "YES" to most of these points then you're in the right place!

1. Do you avoid lifting, carrying or picking things up because it makes your back feel unstable, painful or at risk?

2. Does your pain disturb your sleep and make it difficult to find comfortable sleeping positions?

3. Is your back worse when you sit, bend forward, cough or sneeze?

4. Are you ready to take an active role in your recovery rather than relying on passive treatments?

5. Do you feel pain on waking?

6. Does your pain feel worse after driving, sitting or being inactive?

7. Are you ready to commit to short, daily, practical tasks aimed at improving sleep quality and pain levels?

8. Is your pain serious enough that's it's now affecting your activities of daily living and you're now ready to do something about it?

Can you experience a difference in 7 days?

Yes — and here’s why. While 7 days isn’t enough to “fix” everything, it is long enough to experience noticeable changes like less stiffness in the mornings, better sleep, and more confidence in how you move. When you combine corrective exercise strategies with lifestyle shifts in a consistent way, it's not only your back that will feel better, but your energy, mood, and overall health status will also improve. These small but real wins build momentum and show you what’s possible with the right approach.

Is this safe for me?

Absolutely. The workshop is designed with safety in mind, using gentle, progressive movements that respect your limits. You’ll never be asked to push through pain or do anything extreme. Everything is adaptable — so whether your back pain is mild or more persistent, you can go at your own pace and still benefit. And because this is an interactive workshop, we can discuss other resources and adapt the content as we need to.

Do I need any equipment?

Nothing is compulsory, but some light weights and a foam roller would help you get more out of this week.

Hi i'm Christian, an osteopath, a personal trainer, a father, husband, and a man of faith. I've been working in fitness and rehab for 21 years and treated quite a few backs in that time, but when my little boy was born, I had my first real taste of acute back pain and basic movements like bending down to pick up my son, changing him, putting my socks on and getting in and out of the car had become a problem.

This gave me the unique insight of becoming my own patient. So I began to do what I would give me back pain patients to do, and after several months of testing and refining, I built an online resource called BACK IN MOTION - a combination of osteopathic principles & exercise rehabilitation alongside 24/7 support and accountability.

I’ve taken some of the most effective parts of that program and packed them into a 7-day plan to give you a real taste of what’s possible. These are the same strategies that helped me — and many others — trust their body again, so they could get back into regular exercise, and living life on their terms — without pain calling the shots.
